Speakers, wireless mics, and music for office parties, awards banquets, and year-end celebrations across Upstate SC. December is a busy month, so it is worth sorting out now rather than in week two of December.
Takes 60 seconds. No commitment. No pressure.
Holiday parties are loud by design. That is what makes them fun, and that is exactly what makes the important parts hard to hear.
Eighty people talking, glasses clinking, hard floors bouncing it all around. Your leader raises a glass and half the room keeps chatting.
A small Bluetooth speaker on a cocktail table, thin at the top and gone by the far wall. The room never quite lifts off.
Names read out over a crowd that cannot hear them. The recognition you meant to give somebody lands flat, in front of everyone.
Ceiling speakers meant for background music, one scratchy microphone in a closet, and nobody on site who knows how to turn it up.
The sound gets tuned standing among the tables, not from a corner by the door.
Up to eight can be live at once, so the owner, the awards presenter, and whoever is running the raffle all have one in hand.
The year-end thank-you and the award announcements can be recorded to a file you keep. Just ask for it on your quote.
If we drop it off, we set it up, sound check it, and walk somebody through it before we go. No mystery box in the corner.
December is busy for everybody, your team included. If your party date is already set, getting it locked in now costs you nothing and saves the scramble later.
If your party is already on the calendar, the practical move is to lock your date in by early November. If you are reading this later than that, ask anyway. Sometimes a date is still open, and we will tell you either way as soon as we can.

The date matters most, because December is busy. Add the headcount and where you are holding it. About 60 seconds.
We will tell you straight away whether the night is open, then send a written scope with a few levels of support.
We set it up, sound check it, and either hand it over or stay and run it. Either way, you are not the AV person that night.
When the audio is handled, the evening just works.
The room quiets down because people can actually hear, not because somebody had to bang on a glass three times.
Your playlist sounds full and even from the bar to the back corner, at a volume where people can still talk to each other.
Names read clearly, applause in the right places, and the person being recognized actually gets their moment.
No crouching behind a speaker mid-toast. You are in the room with your team, where you are supposed to be.
Anywhere a room full of people needs to hear somebody say thank you.
The classic. Music through the evening, a microphone for the year-end remarks.
Service awards, sales recognition, employee of the year.
Thanking the people who kept your year going, in a room where they can hear it.
Smaller rooms, fewer speakers, still worth doing properly.
Banquets, fundraisers, and volunteer thank-you nights.
All-hands, conferences, award nights, and ribbon cuttings year-round.

Between Thanksgiving and New Year, Upstate South Carolina throws a lot of parties. Manufacturing plants rent out banquet halls, professional firms take over private dining rooms downtown, nonprofits hold volunteer thank-you dinners, and churches fill fellowship halls. The one thing almost all of them underestimate is sound, because a room that feels fine when it is empty gets very loud once eighty people and a buffet line are in it.
Greenville has the densest December calendar in the Upstate. Hotel ballrooms downtown, private event rooms along Main Street, and converted warehouse spaces all host company parties through the month. Most of those venues have some kind of house audio, and most of it was installed for background music rather than for a hundred-person toast. Renting a real system for the night means the remarks get heard and the playlist actually fills the space.
Anderson runs a steady stream of plant parties, chamber events, and nonprofit banquets in December, often in community halls and civic spaces with high ceilings and hard surfaces. Those rooms need speakers with enough headroom to stay clear over a crowd, plus a wireless microphone that does not squeal the moment somebody walks in front of it. That is a straightforward rental, and it is the difference between a party people remember and a party people talk over.
We serve Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Spartanburg, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Easley, Seneca, Pendleton, Taylors, Travelers Rest, and more than a dozen other Upstate cities. A holiday party booking usually means speakers sized to the room, one or two wireless microphones for the toast and the awards, a clean way to play your playlist, and setup and sound check before your first guest walks in. If you would rather run it yourself, you can pick it up and we will show you how.
Early November is a sensible target for a December party. If your date is set, get it in. If you are still choosing between two dates, tell us both and we will tell you what we can do for each.
Everything on this page is the same team and the same gear we bring to conferences, all-hands meetings, and award nights the rest of the year. If your December event is closer to a general session than a party, or you have work coming up in the new year, our corporate event audio page covers panels, podiums, training days, and ribbon cuttings.
