Upstate South Carolina runs on business events. Quarterly all-hands meetings, regional conferences, service award banquets, training days, and ribbon cuttings for new locations happen every week across Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Spartanburg, and the towns in between. Every one of them has the same weak point, which is whether the people at the back of the room can hear the person at the front.
Greenville carries the heaviest corporate calendar in the Upstate, with conferences at the Greenville Convention Center, hotel ballrooms downtown and along the Woodruff Road corridor, and company meetings hosted in office space all over the city. Most of those rooms include ceiling speakers built for background music, not for a keynote in front of 150 people. Renting a proper corporate sound system for the day means your leadership team gets heard the first time, without anyone on your staff having to run the sound.
Conference audio has more moving parts than a party. There is the podium, someone who wanders while they present, questions from the floor, and often a panel where several people need to be heard at once. We set it up so the panel, the moderator, and the podium all stay live through the session, with nobody passing a microphone down the table. We can record the program too, so the keynote does not disappear the moment the room empties.
Anderson hosts a steady run of chamber events, plant and manufacturing meetings, nonprofit banquets, and municipal ribbon cuttings. A lot of those happen in rooms that were never designed for amplified speech, or outdoors on a slab where the closest outlet is inside a building. We carry both an AC powered main system and battery powered speakers, so a groundbreaking in an empty lot is the same job to us as a banquet in a ballroom.
Clemson brings university-adjacent conferences, research symposiums, alumni and donor events, and business gatherings tied to the campus calendar. We are based in Clemson, so this is home turf.
